Iranian knowledge-based companies boost ties with Armenian traders at int’l conference

A trade conference, organized by the Iranian Vice Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy’s brokerage, Sepanta Salamat, and the Armenian Union of Traders and Employers, provided a platform for Iranian companies to engage with Armenian businesses and explore potential markets.

According to the Communications and Information Center of the Vice Presidency, an Iranian delegation of 15 companies specializing in medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory equipment, embarked on a four-day trip to Armenia. 

The delegation visited hospitals, healthcare centers, the ministry of health, and relevant organizations, and participated in the joint trade conference.

The conference saw participation of over 30 companies, associations, organizations, and representatives from the Armenian Ministry of Health. 

Ali Heidari, a representative of the vice presidency’s export brokerage, introduced the delegation and highlighted the trip’s objectives, emphasizing the importance of continuous cooperation.

During the conference, the Iranian companies presented their products and achievements, while Armenian counterparts highlighted their activities and potential collaboration areas. 

The event concluded with B2B meetings to exchange technical information and establish communication channels between the companies.
