Iranian-made pharmaceutical products improve body health
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Parsian Salamat Maad Company Naghmeh Hadidi has highlighted the benefits of probiotics as a new generation of cells for human health.
Hadidi said probiotics are a new generation of medical products that are capable of connecting to some cells in human body and helping protect health.
She added that probiotics can be used to treat diseases of the digestive tract, oral mucosa, upper respiratory tract, gastric ulcer in adults and children and so on.
In addition to the above applications, these products can help fight immunodeficiency and allergic diseases.
Probiotic drugs are also effective in treating disorders of ulcerative colitis and related abnormalities. One way these agents use to combat inflammation in the target tissues is an activity dependent on a molecular structure which plays the role of a nuclear receptor in the cell.
The cell is involved in fat metabolism and insulin sensitivity plays a slow therapeutic role.
On the other hand, probiotics prevent an attack by harmful bacteria against the urinary system.
In general, the consumption of these products helps strengthen the immune system by increasing the production of lymphocytes. Ms. Hadidi said the production of probiotics in Iran has helped save huge sums of foreign currency and has created dozens of jobs.
