3 Iranian provinces with highest levels of sales and export of nanotech products

Iran’s Tehran Province accounted for 61.9% of the total sales of nanotechnology products in the Persian calendar year of 1400 (March 2021-March 2022), ranking first among other provinces.

The sales of nanotech products in Tehran Province in that period was worth 125,947 billion rials.

Tehran was followed by Isfahan Province, which recorded sales worth of 207,26 billion rials and a share of 10.2%.

Alborz Province was also in the third place with sales of 12,851 billion Rials and a share of 6.3%.

In the year 1400, the value of the market of domestically produced nanotechnology products stood at 203,462 billion rials, of which 93% dealt with the domestic market, while exports constituted another 7%.
