Iran working to develop lab equipment to enable expansion of transportation

The Iranian Vice-Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy has focused its efforts on promoting the transportation industry by facilitating access to the required laboratory equipment.

Given the fact that transportation is one of the widely used industries in the country, its development is a vital national necessity.
Although the industry cannot be considered as the only factor for development, it is viewed as one of the key elements facilitating economic progress.
Facilitating access to relevant laboratory equipment has been selected as one of the priorities of the laboratory network of the strategic technologies of the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy.
The network encourages laboratories and research centers and universities that have access to this equipment to try to take big steps for helping the country achieve an advanced transportation industry.
Therefore, currently 2,339 pieces of equipment and practical laboratory devices have been shared to help the technologists and researchers in this field.
