Iranian scientific vice president visits Iran Plast Intl. Expo

Iran’s vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based technology has toured the 18th international Iran Plast exhibition that displays the latest products in the polymer industry. 

According to the information center of the vice presidential office, Hossein Afshin visited the exhibition on the inauguration day on Sunday in the capital Tehran and held talks with knowledge-based companies on ways to meet their needs and facilitate their technological activities. 

The companies shared their concerns and suggestions with the vice president on various issues, including financing, currency allocation, granting funds, facilitating research and development processes, evaluation processes of knowledge-based companies, and developing infrastructure and technological equipment.

Iran Plast International Exhibition, the largest polymer industry event in the region and one of the most credible, seeks to develop the market in domestic and international dimensions and provide the basis for the interaction between various sectors of the industry and technology.

 he 4-day event will run through September 11 and is open to the public from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm (local time).
