Iran tech expo to drive export growth, investment opportunities

The 12th annual Iran Tech Expo, scheduled from December 13 to 16, will coincide with Iran’s Research Week and the 24th Research, Technology, and Tech Market Exhibition at the Tehran International Exhibition Center.
This year’s event focuses on expanding exports and attracting international markets, offering knowledge-based companies a platform to extend their reach in advanced laboratory and testing equipment sectors.
Exhibition Highlights
According to the Vice-Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy, the expo will feature a diverse range of industrial and technological fields.
Fourteen sections, including oil and petrochemicals, electronics, civil engineering, mechanics, chemistry, agriculture, basic physics, biomedical engineering, and educational lab equipment, will showcase Iran’s technological advancements and respond to wide-ranging market needs.
Export, Investment Initiatives
Special programs will be carried out during the event to support exports of leading products, with tailored leasing options for export-focused companies and measures to facilitate foreign investment.
These efforts aim to boost Iranian products’ presence in global markets and strengthen Iran’s knowledge-based economy.
10,000 Products, $300 Billion Sales in Last Year’s Expo
The report says that the 11th Iran Tech Expo hosted 370 companies displaying over 10,000 innovative products, capturing significant attention and showcasing Iran’s growing technology sector.
