Increasing the efficiency of hospital processes with an Iranian-made autoclave
A knowledge-based company has reduced the sterilization time of surgical sets in the operating room to 15 minutes by designing and producing an advanced autoclave. This achievement can create a major transformation in speeding up medical services and increasing the efficiency of hospital processes.
According to the Communication and Information Center of the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy of the Presidency, Meysam Kaheh, an expert at the knowledge-based company “Salamat Sanat Bu Ali”, explained the function of this product: The autoclave is one of the vital equipment in hospitals for the complete sterilization of surgical equipment. The Fast autoclave, using advanced technology, significantly reduces sterilization time compared to traditional methods and increases the efficiency of hospital processes.
He added: This device includes advanced pneumatic systems, control electricity, precision instruments, steam generation, fluid transfer and tank safety equipment, all of which have been designed and implemented with the highest international standards.
Referring to the competitive advantages of Iranian autoclaves, Kaheh said: “In addition to high manufacturing quality and competitive prices compared to foreign models, our company offers extensive after-sales services and full support to customers.”
According to this technology activist, the fast autoclave has so far entered export markets in Armenia, Tajikistan, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and its continuous presence at the IranHealth exhibition has contributed significantly to the development of these markets.
The 26th IranHealth International Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical, and Laboratory Equipment Exhibition will be held from June 8 to 10, 2025 at the Permanent Exhibition Center of Tehran International Exhibitions and will host prominent domestic and foreign companies.
