Iranian knowledge-based company makes gluten-washer devices

An Iranian knowledge-based company producing laboratory equipment used to determine the amount of gluten in flour or wheat has succeeded in manufacturing a gluten washing machine.

This technological company, which was officially established in 2013 to design state-of-the-art quality control and rheology devices for flour and bread industry laboratories and increase the quality of factory products inside Iran, initially started working as a producer of gluten washers and index devices.

Now the company’s CEO says it has created jobs inside Iran and prevented foreign exchange currencies from leaving the country by producing affordable devices and after-sales services for them.

Seyed Ahmad Heydari noted that so far gluten washers, gluten indexes, gluten dryers, falling numbers, laboratory mills, microfeeders, texture analysis, hectoliter meters and sodium concentration devices used in flour laboratory industries have been indigenized and redesigned and completely produced inside Iran.

Heydari said in the last three years, advanced rheology devices such as extensograph and farinograph that use advanced technology and AI have been designed and produced by the company.

Heydari added that during the period, more than 200 factories of flour, bread, pasta, biscuits and other related industries, and laboratories have hosted the machines made by the company.

The CEO of the knowledge-based company cited high speed, anti-wear parts, favorable quality and low-noise among the advantages of the grinding machines.
