Upcoming Iran Exhibition to showcase Iranian knowledge-based companies’ capabilities

The 12th Iran Exhibition, set to take place from December 14 to 17, 2024, is anticipated to be a pivotal event for international collaboration and the enhancement of the country’s position in the laboratory equipment and technology sector. According to Abdolhasan Bahrami, head of the Knowledge-Based Economy Development Headquarters, this exhibition aims to foster international business interactions and showcase the capabilities of Iranian companies, particularly in the knowledge-based sector. 

Bahrami highlighted that attendees from Uzbekistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and Armenia are expected, along with representatives from Russia, Belarus, and Pakistan. 

This diverse participation underscores the exhibition’s role as a significant platform for promoting Iranian technological advancements and expanding market reach, he added.

A key feature of this year’s exhibition will be B2B meetings facilitated through a dedicated international platform. This initiative is designed to streamline communication and create new business opportunities among participants. 

Bahrami underlined that these sessions aim to enhance trade interactions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and broaden export markets for Iranian knowledge-based products and services. 

Overall, the exhibition is seen as a crucial opportunity for Iranian companies to compete on an international level and strengthen their global presence in innovation and technology within the laboratory equipment industry.
