Emphasis on the government’s support for innovation and production

The president said during his visit to the medical equipment exhibition: Today, as evidenced by the achievements presented in this exhibition and many other areas, from nuclear technology to other scientific and industrial fields, valuable achievements have been made; the enemies’ efforts to prevent this process are nothing more than a fantasy.

According to the Communication and Information Center of the Presidential Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Dr. Masoud Peshkekian this morning, June 10, after visiting the 26th International Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Equipment (Health) Exhibition, emphasizing that the will of the Iranian nation will prevent the realization of the goals of the sanctions, said: “Wherever there is will, the path to development is paved.”

Referring to the enemies’ efforts to prevent the country’s progress, the president stated: “The measures that the United States and some European countries are taking to stop Iran’s development process will not lead anywhere.” The Iranian nation, especially those who rely on domestic capabilities, will definitely remain steadfast in their path of progress.

Referring to the achievements presented by manufacturers at this exhibition, Dr. Pezhakian added: Today, as evidenced by the achievements presented at this exhibition and in many other areas, from nuclear technology to other scientific and industrial fields, valuable achievements have been made. The enemies’ efforts to prevent this process are nothing more than a fantasy.

Referring to the unique capacities of Iranians at home and abroad, the President stated: Iranians are no less than others in terms of mentality, capabilities, and technology. Of course, we must admit that in some cases we have not provided the necessary conditions for the growth of these dear ones or have not provided sufficient grounds for the flourishing of their talents.

Dr. Pezzekian stated that wherever there was will and the appropriate conditions were provided, Iranians have been able to overcome crises with dignity and pride, noting: The measures being taken today by domestic elites and activists are proof of this capacity and a source of pride.

The President emphasized the government’s determination to support innovators and said: We will try to provide the necessary platform for these dear ones, both domestically and internationally, so that they can become the axis of development of Iran and the region. The more pressure on the Iranian nation increases, the more prosperity, innovation, and power of Iranians will increase.

In conclusion, Dr. Pezzekian thanked all activists and stakeholders in this field and stated: The government will take all possible steps to support and strengthen these capacities and will provide the basis for their more effective presence in domestic and foreign markets.
