The MoU emphasizes strengthening technological ties and fostering innovation in shared areas of interest.

It also encourages direct cooperation between advanced research institutions, technology companies, and innovation centers in both countries.

Key fields identified for collaboration include biotechnology, environmental protection and purification technologies, nanotechnology, advanced materials engineering, industrial technologies, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, medical devices, renewable energy, and electronics.

The agreement also highlights the establishment of science and technology parks, business incubators, startups, innovation accelerators, entrepreneurship promotion, and venture capital initiatives.

Sharing information on high-tech companies, market research, and access to regional markets is also emphasized.
