Iran unveils five new high-tech products at Pardis Technology Park Summit

Five innovative products were unveiled during the 23rd Annual Pardis Technology Park Summit in Tehran, attended by Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy Hossein Afshin.

The new technologies include two pharmaceutical breakthroughs, an industrial resin, and advanced transport and automation systems.

Sirolimus, produced by Zist Takhmir Darou, is the first domestically developed version of the anti-rejection drug used for organ transplants, particularly kidneys.

Nintedanib, launched by Sana Pharmed, is a treatment for chronic and progressive lung diseases that slows fibrosis and helps preserve lung function.

Phenolic Novolac Resins, introduced by Rezitan, are now produced in Iran for the first time. They are essential additives for refractory dolomite bricks and binders in tire manufacturing.

Intelligent Central Train Guidance System, created by Sepna Technology Developers, uses artificial intelligence, IoT, and image processing to monitor passengers, railways, operator behavior, and technical faults in real time to improve safety and efficiency.

Smart Electro-Pneumatic Positioner, developed by Vira Control, is a precision device for control valves used across industrial processes.

Officials said the products demonstrate Iran’s growing capacity in pharmaceuticals, industrial materials, and advanced engineering, aiming to reduce imports and boost local innovation.
