Exposition puts on display products of influential Iranian women at iHiT

An exposition putting on display the products made by influential Iranian women kicked off at the Iran House of Innovation and Technology (iHiT) on Thursday. 

In the exposition, the products of Iranian women entrepreneurs in various fields such as electricity and electronics, medical equipment, accelerator centers and home businesses are on display at the Tehran International Fair, Iran’s House of Innovation and Technology (iHiT). 

In that vein, 900 competent women from knowledge-based companies of Iran were identified, with over 60 of them being chosen as people representing the field of science and technology for participation in the exhibition. 

There were some goods made by female entrepreneurs that included handicrafts and sports goods as well as cultural products. 

People from 80 world countries including Japan, Sweden, Russia, China, Singapore, Australia, Thailand and Algeria visited the exposition. 

The visitors included lawmakers, presidents of universities and heads of scientific and technological associations. 

It should be noted that the exhibition of the influential women of Iran provided a good opportunity for establishment of economic ties between Iran and other countries. It also paved the way for exporting the products of Iranian knowledge-based companies to foreign countries.
