Iranian company launches advanced nano-coating technology

Fanavaran Nano Poushesh Jam, an Iranian knowledge-based company, supplues advanced physical vapor deposition (PVD) systems for applying ultra-hard coatings.
These devices are priced 50% to 70% lower than their European counterparts and can extend the lifespan of industrial components by up to 200 times. They can also be used in auto and oil industries as well as aerospace and medicine.
The PVD technology significantly enhances resistance to wear, corrosion, and friction by depositing thin layers of materials like titanium, chromium, and zirconium under vacuum conditions.
According to the office of the Iranian Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, these innovations positively impact various industries, including automotive, oil and gas, aerospace, and medical sectors.
Fanavaran Nano Poushesh Jam’s products are designed to be competitive on a global scale, offering high-speed coating processes and superior after-sale service compared to European competitors.
The application of these coatings in automotive components like gearboxes has already shown improvements in production efficiency and durability.
