Iranian company exports lab equipment, facilities to 22 countries

An Iranian knowledge-based company’s products have been in high demand in 22 countries despite US-led sanctions imposed on Iran, the director of the company says.

Mohammad Hossein Mir-Sadeghi Esfahani, the CEO of the Santam engineering design company, told the information center of the Iranian Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy that his company exports over 175 different types of devices and 1,100 types of peripheral equipment to over 4,000 industrial, research and educational centers across the world. 

The release test device is one of the devices made and exported by Santam, which is used to check the decrease in   strength or stress in metals under fully controlled environmental conditions.

Mir-Sadeghi Esfahani explained that the device can be used in release testing on different metals, designing or more accurate calculations in simulated working conditions, research and development in high strength folds as well as quality control and production.
