40 percent rise in number of companies participating in Iran Expo 2024
The Organization for the Expansion of International Scientific and Technological Cooperation has put on display the export capabilities of Iran’s elite technologists in various fields at the Iran Expo 2024 exhibition at the Iran House of Innovation and Technology.
The event has opened a large export window for Iranian knowledge-based companies.
The organization is affiliated with the Office of the Iranian Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy.
Head of International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Development Organization Amir Hossein Mirabadi said that during the past few days, the most important and largest export event of the Islamic Republic of Iran happened at the Iran Expo.
He added that the main goal of the exhibition is to introduce the latest Iranian achievements and products for foreign companies.
He said that this event provided a good platform to present the capability of Iranian companies and industries to other countries in the form of visiting trade delegations, and that IHIT played an effective role as the main platform for knowledge-based companies in this exhibition.
According to the official, Iranian knowledge-based companies had an active presence in the event and the number of knowledge-based companies saw a 40% growth compared to the previous period.
Mirabadi stressed that in this exhibition, 700 knowledge-based companies with export capabilities displayed their scientific and technological achievements.
