Nanotechnological products for investment on display in Tehran exhibition

49 nanotechnological items that are about to be produced with the help of Iran’s Nanotechnology Center were put on display at the nano startup section of the 13th Nanotechnology Exhibition. 

This is meant to meet some of industrial needs by attracting investors for mass production. 

The nano startup section was held at the Nations Hall of Tehran’s International Exhibition with the aim of putting on display goods produced by startups. 

The section is one of the national programs devised by Iran’s Nanotechnology Center with the aim of supporting the development of this technology. 

Since the beginning of this program in 2017, over 839 students who are interested in entrepreneurship at startups have participated in the section and 62 products have been developed with the help of nano startups. 

In the Nations Hall, 40 startups display 100 products including: a novel system to purify hanging particles using plasma technology; a plasma-based air purification package; an anti-corrosion cooling system; a system used to separate oil from water; thermal insulation coatings; a water consumption reducing faucet; a hydrodynamic automatic faucet; pills absorbing household and hospital fluids; etc. 

The 13th Nanotechnology Exhibition (Iran Nano 2022) ran from Saturday, October 9, until Tuesday, October 12.
