Iranian knowledge-based pavilion steals limelight in largest medical, pharmaceutical expo in Southeast Asia

Ten outstanding Iranian knowledge-based companies, supported by the country’s International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Development Organization, have put their medical and pharmaceutical products on display at the SEA Healthcare and Pharma Show 2024 held in Malaysia. 

Iranian medicine and pharmaceutical supplements received attention from participants, especially from Thailand, Hong Kong and Myanmar.

The executive director of the exhibition said, “The special products of the Iranian companies in the field of medicine, orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation equipment are exemplary, and I think, they will soon find a good place in the markets in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.”

Major customers welcomed a variety of Iranian orthopedic surgery equipment, ultra-light wheelchairs with size and weight suitable for the patients, along with biotechnology achievements presented by Iran.

Iran, France, and Latvia were invited as special guests to the event, the largest medical, pharmaceutical expo in Southeast Asia.
