Iran to export knowledge-based products to India

Iranian knowledge-based companies put on display their technological products at this week’s “Sunday for Exports” exhibition joined by Indian businessmen and investors.

Capability Building Director at Iran National Innovation Fund Marziyeh Shaverdi said, “At the 31st edition of Sundays for Exports, the National Innovation Fund hosted a 25-member delegation from India, including those active in the fields of advanced materials, medical equipment, electricity, electronics, medicine, agriculture and food industry.”

She added, “During the event, which was held on May 21, 35 knowledge-based firms presented their technological products, while Indian investors got engaged in negotiations to commercialize the products.”
“This event aims to encourage participation and purchases of technological products. Besides ‘Sunday for Exports,’ Iran is holding the Market for Iranian Technologies abroad to present its knowledge-based products,” she added.

Among the items set to be exported to India are respiratory aids equipment, veterinary vaccines and agricultural products.
