Commercialized anti-theft electric fence systems designed to boost the security of different places

With the support of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology, Iranian knowledge-based and creative firms have managed to design and develop notable products aimed at boosting security, including smart anti-theft electric fences.

Given the fact that the technology can play a major role in bolstering the security of citizens, a variety of Iranian-made knowledge-based products have been developed with the backing of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology.

Enhanced security with smart electric fences
One of the products of these firms is a type of smart electric fence, which creates a sense of electrocution instead of electric shock in the thief or the intruder but does not lead to the side effects of electrocution. The system is connected to a central device and acts like a radar. It informs the operator as soon as there is any contact with the fence.
Among the features of the system is that it can report any contact with the fence to the owner of the building or any other place through text messages. It also sends a message to the cameras installed at the location to make them focus on the point where the individual or animal had a contact with the fence. The smart system can also be linked to drones.
Among the users of the smart fence are Iranian farmers, owners of fish farming pools who seek to protect the fish from sea otters, as well as ostrich breeders seeking to keep wolves or foxes away from the birds.
Road maintenance organizations, shipping firms and private and government bodies have also benefited from the product.
The system has been commercialized by the Noavaran Sabz Farda knowledge-based company, which also managed to export the product to Iraq in July.
With the needs of Iraq’s industrial and administrative buildings to boost their security taken into account, it is estimated that the smart anti-theft system will be widely welcomed by Iran’s neighbors.
