Stationery products to reduce disease and viral infection

Amid repeated outbreaks of viral diseases in recent years, an Iranian knowledge-based company has produced antibacterial stationery that can be used in hospitals and banks for the purpose of reducing the transmission of diseases. Mehrzad Mersad, the R & D director of the knowledge-based company that works in the field of stationery announced the production of antibacterial stationery using nanoparticles on the sidelines of the 13th nanotechnology exhibition in the presence of journalists. Mersad added that in the exhibition, the company has offered anti-scratch gouache, play sand, eraser and antibacterial pens in addition to antibacterial stationery. 

The R & D director of the Iranian knowledge-based company stressed that its products kills all harmful bacteria on the skin within seconds and that these stationery items can replace those in banks, hospitals and government agencies. Mersad also described reduction of viral infection and transmission of diseases as another advantage of these products.  

He said that the company has provided a good and proper prospect as part of its efforts to achieve its goals and to that end, it has purchased a large piece of land in Iran’s Shams Abad Industrial Town for the construction of a complex where stationery items will be produced in three stories.
