Decrease in pollution of Iranian industrial and domestic sewages

An Iranian knowledge-based company has succeeded in producing a unit capable of refining wastewater based on synergy between plasma technology and cavitation. 

The device destroys and neutralizes organic pollutants from industrial, mining, domestic, etc. wastewaters; treats hospital effluents containing dangerous compounds as well as polluted water toxic that is contaminated with heavy metals and microorganisms. 

The advantages of the unit include its ability to destroy very stable materials, to use a small space for the purification process. 

Meanwhile, it does not use any chemicals and reduce cost compared to similar foreign methods. 

The device uses a combination of plasma and cavitation technologies for purification. 

Plasma technology is actually about using a high voltage electric discharge. This is done through creating high-energy points in water using plasma regimes such as arc discharge, radiant discharge and dark discharge in a pulsed manner. 

The process does not involve increased temperature of the fluid mass, which is the case with usual modes. 

As a result, this method reduces energy consumption and increases power. It also results in drainage in the shortest possible period.
