VP: Iran to design platform to enable exchanges among Iranian elites worldwide

Iranian Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy Ruhollah Dehghani says the country is set to design a platform aimed at enabling exchanges among Iranian elites worldwide.

Dehghani said, “We are trying to establish a mechanism so that Iranian elites can promote the progress of their country and have effective interactions among themselves no matter where they are.” 

“We should consider elite people in all parts of the world as the children of this country and create a capacity so that their abilities, wherever they are in the world, can be used in the country by creating a suitable platform for interaction,” he added.

He also said long-term measures need to be taken to reverse the trend of the elites immigrating from the country.
