VP: Iranian knowledge-based companies’ exports to hit $2bn

Iran’s Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy says Iranian knowledge-based companies are preparing for exports of goods worth two billion dollars by the end of this year. 

Rouhollah Dehghani Firzouabadi was speaking at the 11th Made In Iran Exhibition of Laboratory Materials and Equipment and Advanced Testing. 

Dehghani added that exports of knowledge-based companies reached nearly 600 million dollars in 2019, 300 million dollars in 2020, 600 million dollars in 2021, 850 million dollars in 2022, and 1.5 billion dollars today. He expressed hope that the figure will exceed the 2 billion dollar mark.
