Iranian company innovates patient management system, secures order from UK firm

Iranian knowledge-based company, Japco, has successfully developed a web-based patient management system and mobile application for nursing agencies.

The system utilizes intelligent management and artificial intelligence to enhance both technical capabilities and competitiveness in pricing. Aimed at private and semi-government medical and nursing service providers, the system focuses on three nursing groups: children, elderly, and patients.

Patients can conveniently request specialized nursing services through the web application.

The system, employing artificial intelligence, then manages requests, identifies suitable nursing agencies based on skill score, expertise, and capacity, and schedules appointments efficiently.

Nasser Mahmoudi, CEO of Japco, emphasized the product’s role in reducing the need for physical presence, especially in medical facilities, providing timely services, and cutting costs for businesses.

The project, initially implemented in Buckinghamshire, England, has been fully developed and entered the market. Mahmoudi highlighted the product’s advantage over foreign counterparts, citing its intelligent management system.

Despite global challenges, he called for support from organizations to help Iranian companies thrive internationally.
