Safe explosions in mines with the new product of the knowledge-based Ma’dan Yaran-e Danesh firm

The knowledge-based Ma’dan Yaran-e Danesh firm has designed two practical products to be used in setting up explosions in mines and remove the need for imports in the field.

Seyyed Afzal Mehrinejad, the CEO of the knowledge-based Ma’dan Yaran-e Danesh firm, said Pavardak would save up to 25 percent of explosives, adding, “It is a product made of plastic with a special design that is anti-static and helps save explosives in mines.”

Reducing drilling and explosion costs,

Pavardak is placed at the end of explosive cavities and directs the force of the explosion downward, which helps further crush the bottom section, that needs more crushing.

The product is used in most mines, and will help save up to 25 percent of explosive material, reduce the projectile force and noise of explosions, and increase crushing. Furthermore, no drilling will be needed if this product is used.

Explosives are costly. So far, some 100 mines in Iran and a number of mines in Iraq and Turkey have used this product.

Increasing visibility at the explosion site and preventing harm

The nonel wireless shock tube device has a repeater that highly increases the efficiency of the device inside tunnels and mountainous areas and helps increase the performance of the device and the shock tube device to 100 percent.

The remote control allows operators to detonate from a far distance and in the correct manner. The margin of error is also very narrow. The foreign version costs much more than the domestic product.

The product has two four- and eight-channel models and can electronically detonate up to 1,000 cavities. Some 500 devices have so far been manufactured and we have exported them to various countries as well.
